Promotional and marketing offers

We use your personal information to send you marketing by mail, phone, social media platforms, email, SMS, app notifications and silent notifications to track app install status use. We may also use your personal information to perform retargeting types of online paid marketing activities.

Mobile Device

We offer free apps for a wide variety of mobile devices, as well as versions of our standard website that have been optimized for mobile and tablet browsing. 

These mobile apps and websites process the personal data you provide to us in the same way as our website. They also let you use location services to find nearby travel services if you want. 

With your consent, we may send you push notifications containing information about your travel reservations. You may also choose to give us access to your location data or contact information in order to provide the services you have requested. If you upload images to our platform, those images may also include location information (called metadata). When you choose to use our ‘voice assistant’ to search for our services or manage your booking, your speech will be anonymously translated into text by the translation provider third party service. You will need to give us access to your device’s microphone to use this feature. 

To optimize our services and marketing and to ensure that we provide you with a consistent user experience, we use what is known as “cross-device tracking”. This can be done with or without the use of cookies.

Removal of Your Personal Data

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may have the right to request that we delete your personal data that we hold from our systems and you must notify us at the contact details set out below. 

At your request, we will attempt to delete your personal data from our systems, unless we are otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. We will also stop collecting, using or disclosing your personal data, except as permitted or required by applicable law. Note that by asking us to delete your personal data; we may not be able to continue providing our services to you.

Data Retention

We will keep your information for as long as is required to provide and secure our Sites and services, as well as to exercise our legal rights and comply with our legal or regulatory obligations. When GIGS Philippines. no longer needs to use your information, we will remove it from our systems and records and/or take steps to properly anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified from it, unless we need to keep your information to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations or the information is required to carry out corporate tasks and conduct our business.

Our management and teams take commercially reasonable steps to protect all information collected from our web visitors against unauthorized access and use, and we assess our security procedures on a regular basis. GIGS Philippines is committed to using reasonable security measures, periodically assessing our security procedures (security risk assessments and audits), and giving regular awareness training, despite the fact that no platform can entirely guarantee the security of your personal data. Collection of information from children

Children under the age of 13 are not deliberately collected personal data by Happy Hotels Ph. Please do not enter any personal information if you are under the age of thirteen.

If a child under the age of 13 gives us with personal information, the child’s parent or guardian may request that this information be removed from our database by emailing us at admin@gigsph.com.

Please ensure that your Personal Data is accurate and complete when you provide it to us. If you believe that any of your Personal Data is incorrect or incomplete, please log into your account on the Site and correct the Personal Data. Happy Hotels Ph. may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, the methods of information collection and use, the features of our website, mobile app or advancements in the industry.  If we make changes that change the way we collect or use your information, those changes will be posted to this Privacy Policy and the effective date will be listed at the top of the Policy. 

You should periodically review this Privacy Policy for our most up-to-date policies and practices. GIGS Philippines. will also prominently post such important changes before making them and obtain your consent if required by law.
